Frequently Asked Questions

Please reach out to us at info@crespolawyers.com.au if you cannot find an answer to your question.

Crespo Lawyers provides a range of immigration law services, including but not limited to: Partner Visas, Tourist/Visitor Visas, Citizenship Applications, Graduate Visas, Employer Sponsor visas, Skilled Migration and Student Visas. We also represent clients in appeals before the AAT and in judicial review at the Federal Court of Australia

The cost of hiring Crespo Lawyers depends on the specific services needed and the complexity of the case.  The value we have to offer cannot be measured by time. We measure  our value by our results, not by the time spent to achieve them. We discuss fees with you up front, and we keep you informed along the way so there are never any surprises.  We offer our clients the certainty of fixed fees wherever possible, or where this is not possible due to the nature or scope of the matter, we offer fixed costs for specific stages of the required work.

To engage Crespo Lawyers, reach out to us via phone or email. We will arrange an initial consultation to review your case and identify the most effective strategy. From that point onwards, we will support you at every stage to achieve the best possible outcome.

The exact paperwork or documents required may vary depending on your specific case. However, you should bring any relevant paperwork pertaining to your visa, your ID (like a passport), and any existing legal documentation (including police records), and similar documents.
